2 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground ancho chile powder
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp brown sugar
1 T kosher salt
4 6-oz salmon fillets
1 tsp maple syrup
- Prepare grill to about 450 degrees.
- Combine first 6 ingredients. Drizzle fish with olive oil, rub with paprika mixture.
- Place fish on grill rack; grill 7 minutes. Remove fish from grill and drizzle with syrup.
