When Did That Happen?
When did 'AH midge' (homage) become 'oh MAHJ'? When did 'JAG waar' (Jaguar) become 'JAG u waar'? When did 'nitch' (niche) become 'neesh'? When did 'dope' become an adjective? i.e. "That's dope," meaning cool. Stupid. (Am I just acting like a cranky old lady?)
You are not a cranky old lady. I was wondering things like this myself. When did all this stupid politically correct stuff start getting more and more stupid? Since when are we not supposed to say certain things anymore? It drives me crazy! People are just plain nuts!
