However, it does freeze well, so one pan can be frozen for several dinners. <br /><br />I used to struggle to fill plastic bags as well. An easy way to do it: Put the plastic bag into a large measuring cup or bowl. Make sure you turn the top edge under so any spillage doesn't get into the sealing grooves.
